In the DSC curve recorded during the
heating of the test substance (-90 °C - 349 °C) a small glass transition
peak was observed between -75 °C and -50 °C. An endothermic effect was
observed from 275 °C. This effect was caused by reaction/decomposition
of the test substance.
After the experiment, a yellow/brown
coloured residue remained in the sample container.
The determination of the melting point was
carried out according to OECD guide line 102. In the DSC curve recorded
during the heating of the test substance (-90 °C - 349 °C) a small glass
transition peak was observed between -75 °C and -50 °C. An endothermic
effect was observed from 275 °C. This effect was caused by
reaction/decomposition of the test substance. Reaction and/or
decomposition of the test substance were observed above approximately
275°C (548K). Melting and/or boiling of the test substance were not
observed below the temperature at which reaction and/or decomposition
started. Within the scope of this test, the test substance has no
melting and/or boiling temperature.
