Details on results:
Light yellow colouration caused by the test item was apparent throughout the study period. Test item adsorbed onto glass. No difference between control and treatment growth rate or yield observed at any time point or at any concentration throughout the study period.
Analytical determination of test item concentration:
- Undiluted filtrate: mean: 0.24 mg/l (79 % of initial)
- 1:2 diluted filtrate: initial: 0.142 and 0.129; end: 0.083 and 0.101; mean: 0.11 mg/l (77 % of initial)

Applicant's summary and conclusion

Conclusions:
EC50 (72h, growth rate and biomass) > 0.24 mg/l (mean measured concentration of undiluted filtrate)
NOEC (72h, growth rate and biomass) = 0.11 mg/l (mean measured concentration)
