Guideline:
EPA OPPTS 830.7950 (Vapor Pressure)
Deviations:
no
Principles of method if other than guideline:
Not relevant
GLP compliance:
no
Type of method:
spinning rotor
Temp.:
20 °C
Vapour pressure:
0.001 Pa
Remarks on result:
other: standard deviation: 2.04 x 10^-4 Pa

The offset value was 9.6645 x 10 -8 s-1 at 20°C. This value was based on the average deceleration rate measured with an empty sample chamber. The mean measured background vapor pressure of the system by the SRG method was 4.24 x 10 -5 Pa at 20°C.

The mean measured vapor pressure of hexachlorobenzene by the SRG method was 1.14 x 10-3Pa at 20°C. The vapor pressures were consistent with published values.

Conclusions:
The vapor pressure of Phosflex 61B is 1.08 x 10^-3 Pa at 20 degrees Celsius.
Executive summary:

The vapor pressure of Phosflex 61B was determined using the spinning rotor gauge method according to OECD guideline 104 / OPPTS 830.7950 under GLP. The vapor pressure of Phosflex 61B was found to be 1.08 x 10^-3 Pa at 20 degrees Celsius.

Description of key information

The vapour pressure of Phosflex 61B was determined to be 0.00108 Pa at 20°C.

Key value for chemical safety assessment

Vapour pressure:
0.001 Pa
at the temperature of:
