Three studies have been carried out investigating the metabolism of Catalyst 32899. Two of these investigate metabolism directly whilst the third study investigates the possibility of detecting the metabolite within human urine (Eadsforth and Coveney (1983)).Based on this the main studies of interest are:

Furthermore the study conducted by Logan and Morrison concluded that there was the possibility of bioaccumulation even at low dosages when subjected to repeated oral exposure.
