Tungsten hexafuoride is hydrolizing instantly in contact with moisture/water. Hence testing is not feasible. Hydrolization products are hydrofluoric acid and tungsten oxides. While the latter is not considered as dangerous, hydrofluoric acid and its sodium salt are taken as surrogate.
