Conclusion on classification

All acute aquatic endpoints are greater than 100 mg/L, therefore o-TSA is not hazardous to the environment short-term.

The substance is not readily biodegradable and has no potential to bioaccumulate (log Kow << 4), the long-term endpoints are all greater than 1 mg/L and therefore no long-term classification is necessary for o-TSA either.

o-TSA is not hazardous to the environment.
