Exposure controls
Product should be worked up in closed equipment. Exposure is unlikely.

Personal protective equipment
At the workplace the basic set of PPE is mandatory (e.g. Safety glasses, safety shoes, working suit).
In case of possible exposition, eg. during sampling or in accidental case additional PPE should be worn.

Eye protection:
Depending on the risk, wear sufficient eye protection (safety glasses with side protection or goggles, and if necessary, face shield.)

Hand protection
Choose gloves to protect hands against chemicals depending on the concentration and quantity of the hazardous substance and specific to place of work.
The selected protective gloves have to satisfy the specifications of Regulation (EU) 2016/425 and the standard EN 374 derived from it.
Take note of the information given by the producer concerning permeability and break through times, and of special workplace conditions (mechanical strain, duration of contact).
Suitable:
Butyl rubber gloves.
Nitrile rubber gloves.
Gloves must be inspected prior to use. Gloves should be discarded and replaced if there is any indication of degradation or chemical breakthrough. Gloves must be rinsed thoroughly after use.

Skin and body protection
Working suit. In case of major accident, a chemical protection suit may be required.

Respiratory protection:
Normally not required, if handled properly. If exposure to fumes can not be excluded (e.g. in accidential situations), wear respiratory protection. Short term only.
Respirator with combination filter for vapour/particulate (EN 14387). Respirator with filter type ABEK.
