- Pesticides: < limit of detection

OTHER TEST CONDITIONS
- Adjustment of pH: No
- Photoperiod: 12/12 hours using neon tubes
- Light intensity: 400 – 800 lux

EFFECT PARAMETERS MEASURED (with observation intervals if applicable) : death of the fish

TEST CONCENTRATIONS
- Spacing factor for test concentrations: no, limit test was performed
- Range finding study :In a non GLP pre-test no toxicity was observed against al-gae. In the SDS the EC50 against daphnia was stated as > 100 mg/L. Because of the low toxicity of the test item, this study was performed as a limit test at the concentra-tion 100 mg/L because in most cases the fish is the least sensitive test organism.

Conclusions:
One valid experiment was performed. The toxicity against Danio rerio was tested using a static test design.
The study was performed as a limit test at the concentration 100 mg/L (nominal concentra-tion). In the treatment and in the control, no fish died or showed abnormal behavior.
At the beginning and at the end of the test, the content of the test item in the test solutions was determined using LC-MS -determination. The measured concentrations were 95 % of the nominal concentration at the beginning and 100 % at the end of the test.
LC50> 100 mg/L

Executive summary:

LC50> 100 mg/L
