For the melting point, seven assays were performed. However, crucible position and software connection problems occured for the assays No. 1 to 5. The assays No. 6 and 7 were taken into account.

In these assay, the cooling phase was from about 25 °C to -100 °C at 10 °C/min. (Isotherm at about -100 °C for 15 min) and the heating phase was from -100 °C to 25 °C at 5 °C/min (Isotherm at 25 °C for 10 min).

In these 2 assays no freezing point of the test item was recorded down to -100 °C.

Conclusions:
The freezing point of the test item is < - 100°C.
Executive summary:

The freezing point of the test item was determined with Differential Scanning Calorimetry (DSC) according to recognized guidelines (OECD Guideline 102 and EU Method A.1) and under GLP compliance. No deviations from the guidelines have been observed during the test.

No endothermic peak was observed during the DSC experiments.
