Details on results:
On day 28 of the test of susceptibility to ultimate aerobic biodegradation, by respirometry manometric, the distribution of the organic part of the test material has reached 63.8%.
Threshold level for high biodegradability, 60% TZT for the respirometric method, was reached on the 12th day.
In fact, this 60% threshold has been reached in a 10-day window. 10-day the window started when the degree of biodegradation reached 10% TZT (after 1.5 days) and ended after 11.5 days (i.e. before day 28 of the test) when biodegradation has reached 58%.
The delay phase was 1.5 days and the decomposition phase was 10 days.
10-day window: This is the period of ten days immediately after reaching 10% distribution.
Based on the results obtained, it can be concluded that the ascorbate part of the material in principle, the tested person is highly susceptible to aerobic biodegradation in the aquatic environment.
