First-aid measures
In all cases of doubt, or when symptoms persist, seek medical attention.
In case of inhalation: Move victim to fresh air. Apply artificial respiration if victim is not breathing. Administer oxygen if breathing is difficult.
In case of skin contact: Remove and isolate contaminated clothing and shoes. Wash skin with soap and water. Flush with running water for at least 20 minutes.
In case of eyes contact: Flush eyes with large amounts of water for 15 minutes. Get medical attention if eye irritation develops or persists.
In case of ingestion: Contact your local poison control center or get medical attention.
If skin irritation or rash occurs, get medical advice/attention.
Fire-fighting measures
Suitable extinguishing media: Not available.

Material should be kept out of eyes and of skin. As in any fire, wear self-contained breathing apparatus pressure-demand. MSHA/NIOSH (approved or equivalent) and full protective gear. Do not release runoff from fire control methods to sewers or waterways.
Accidental release measures
Avoid dust formation. Evacuate area of all unnecessary personnel. Avoid contact with skin, eyes and clothing. Use personal protective equipment. Fine dust dispersed in air may ignite.
Avoid disposing into drainage/sewer system or directly into the aquatic environment.
Sweep up the product for reuse or place in a container for disposal. Clean polluted area.
Wet clean or vacuum up solids.
Don't use a brush or compressed air for cleaning surfaces or clothing.

Handling and storage
Dusts or powders may form explosive mixtures with air. Avoid breathing dusts or fumes. Ensure good ventilation/exhaustion at the workplace. Wash thoroughly after handling. Remove contaminated clothing and wash before reuse.
Do not eat, drink and smoke in work areas. Wash hands after use. Remove contaminated clothing and protective equipment before entering eating areas.
Storage: Keep container closed when not in use. Store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated area away from incompatible substances.

Exposure controls / personal protection
Appropriate engineering controls:
Use local exhaust or general ventilation as required to minimize exposure to dust and maintain the concentration of contaminants below the TLVs. Wash hands during breaks and at the end of the work. Avoid contact with the eyes and skin.
Eye/face protection Safety glasses or a face shield can reduce the possibility of accidental eye contact.
Hand protection Wear appreciate gloves to prevent skin exposure.
Body protection Use impervious gloves for prolonged contact.
Respiratory protection Under normal conditions, respirator is not normally required.
Thermal hazards Wear suitable protective clothing to prevent heat.
