Any other information on results incl. tables

- Preliminary test

The estimated auto-ignition temperature was 515°C.

- Main study

The results of the main study on the determination of the auto-ignition temperature of the test item are given in the table below.

Test    Volume [μL]  Auto-ignition temperature [°C]  Ignition delay [s]  Colour of the flame  Minimum autoignition temperature [°C]
 1          20  497  3 orange  494
35  494   3 orange
70  503   3 orange
150  508   3 orange
 2       25   502   3 orange 499
40  499   3 orange
100  510   3 orange
 3       23  500  4 orange      495
38 495   4 orange
125  512  3 orange

Ignition of the test item within 5 minutes after introduction was observed with each sample volume and with each test a minimum auto-ignition temperature was obtained. The maximum deviation between the three values was < 20°C. According to the guidelines, no further testing was required.

The lowest temperature at which ignition of the test item occurred was 494°C. This temperature was rounded down to the nearest multiple of 5°C giving an auto-ignition temperature of the test item of 490°C.

Applicant's summary and conclusion

Conclusions:
A commercially available auto-ignition temperature apparatus was used for the determination of the degree of auto-ignitability of JNJ-7928531-AAA (T001481). The test item is auto-ignitable with an auto-ignition temperature of 490°C at 1020.7 – 1022.6 hPa.
