PREPARATION AND APPLICATION OF TEST SOLUTION
- Method: The stock solution of the test substance was freshly prepared with M4-medium. The concentration of the stock solution was 1.096 mg/L. By dilution of this stock solution with test medium (M4 - medium pH 7) the nominal concentrations were prepared.
