The method involves cooling the product, placed in a test tube, under very low temperature conditions (water and ice). Once the product has solidified, it is heated very slowly in a thermostatic bath (starting from the temperature of 17 ° C, with an increase of 1°C every 10min) to the point where the product is melted.
