Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.

The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

Results and discussion

Any other information on results incl. tables

Examination of the structure of the test substance establishes beyond reasonable doubt that the substance is incapable of showing a positive result in the test described in the EC A.21 guideline. The substance does not contain any group that might act as an oxidizing agent. The oxygen atoms that are present in the chemical are bonded to carbon, which indicates that the molecule is oxygen-deficient. The impurities, present for max. 5% in the test substance, were not taken into account but it is not to be expected that these make the test substance an oxidizing substance. It is also not to be expected that an interaction between the different components occurs.

Applicant's summary and conclusion
