Verschüttetes Material einsammeln und die Abfallgebinde

kennzeichnen. Personen, die die Reinigungsarbeiten

vornehmen, müßen entsprechende Schutzausrüstungen tragen.

Für eine expositionsarme Beseitigung fester Abfälle wird die

Verwendung von zugelassenen Industriestaubsaugern empohlen.

Avoid skin contact and the inhalation of dusts. Collect

spilled material and label the waste containers. Persons who

undertake the cleaning work must wear appropriate protective

equipment. The use of approved industrial vacuum cleaners is

recommended for low-exposure removal of solid wastes.

Handling and storage

Handling: Öffnen der Gebinde, Abwiegen und Anrühren konzentrierter

Suspensionen oder Lösungen vorsichtig durchführen, um

Aufwirbeln von Stäuben oder Verschütten zu vermeiden.

Geeignetes Werkzeug und nach Möglichkeit technische

Absaugung benutzen.

Beim Lösevorgang die Staubinhalationsgefahr durch

wirkungsvolle Absaugung minimieren. Haut- und

Augenkontakt mit der Farbstofflösung vermeiden.

Bei allen Arbeitsschritten Schutzausrüstung tragen:

geeignete Arbeitskleidung, Gummihandschuhe, Schutzbrille

sowie ggf. eine Staubmaske P2 (z.B. 3M-Vliesmaske).

Perform the opening of packing drums, weighing and stirring

of concentrated suspensions or solutions carefully in order

to avoid swirling up dusts or spillages. Use suitable tools

and, if possible, technical exhaust ventilation.

Minimize the risk of dust inhalation during the dissolving

process by means of effective exhaust ventilation. Avoid

skin and eye contact with the dye solution. Wear protective

equipment at all stages of the work:

suitable work clothing, rubber gloves, goggles as well as,

if necessary, a P2 dust mask (e.g. 3M bonded-fibre

respirator).

Storage: Lagerräume nach den Grundsätzen einer guten Betriebshygiene

unterhalten. Alle angebrochenen Gebinde nach Gebrauch dicht

verschließen. Produktreste auf den Gebinden vermeiden.
