First-aid measures

Emergency measure - Eyes: Irrigate the eyes with water.

Emergency measure - Skin: Wash immediately and abundantly with tepid water and soap.

Emergency measure - Ingestion: Rinse the mouth, drink plenty of water, call for the

doctor.

Fire-fighting measures

Recommended extinguishing agent: Combustion products will be carbon oxides and water.

Suitable masks are recommended (series A and CO filters)

Alcoholic foams and halons may be used to extinguish fires.

Accidental release measures

Handling and storage

Handling: Avoid skin contact in working area. Pour off in well

ventilated area. Use safety electric equipment. Avoid

sparks and flames. Protective clothing is recommended,

remove when contaminated.

Storage: The product must be stored in a dry place in well closed

drums, in an appropriate storehouse.

Danger other than fire: Moisture can affect the purity of the substance. No

dangerous reaction is produced with water.

Industry - Possibility of recovery/recycling: The substance is an intermediate in the synthesis of a

drug, recovery is not possible.

Industry - Possibility of neutralisation: Treat the sustance with alkaline solutions.

Industry - Possibility of destruction: controlled discharge: Not suitable.

Industry - Possibility of destruction - incineration: No noxious gases will be formed.

Industry - Possibility of destruction - water purification: Aerobic or anaerobic biological treatment is possible.
