Preliminary study:
The diluent could be further diluted till 1:1000 in DI water and the appearance observed become cloudy in 30 minutes. The observation was done in duplicate to confirm the hydrolysis status.

Conclusions:
Although stabilised formulations can be used (eg in emulsion paint systems), when diluted further in water or if in biological systems will quickly degrade to starting materials.
The recorded degradation products are zirconium dioxide, 2,2',2''-Nitrilotriethanol (triethanolamine), and trace 1-propanol as residula impurities. The organic products are known to biodegrade readily.
