Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.

The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

CLP

Acute effect concentrations are available for two trophic levels (aquatic invertebrates and algae) and one chronic effect concentration is available for a single trophic level (algae). Both EC50 values for acute toxicity are in the same order of magnitude and > 1 mg/L. Therefore, no acute hazard arises from the substance for the environment. However, the EC50 values are < 10 mg/L and the substance is not readily biodegradable according to OECD criteria (4% in 28 d, OECD 301 F). Therefore the substance is classified and labelled as Category Chronic 2 for environmental hazards, according to the consolidated version of Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008 (dated: 01.01.2017) and further amendments (ATPs).
