Description of key information

The substance and its analogue were found to be not readily biodegradable (Laus 2014, Desmares-Koopmans 2012). An additional test on the analogue for inherent biodegradation did not show sufficient degradation to allow a conclusion of inherently biodegradable (Desmares-Koopmans 2013).

Key value for chemical safety assessment

Biodegradation in water:
under test conditions no biodegradation observed

Additional information

The substance is considered not readily or inherently biodegradable.
