Due to the results of the experiments in an inert atmosphere, it can be stated that the test item had no oxidizing properties. This is in accordance to the test with kieselguhr as most oxidizing substances would not show a propagating combustion in mixture with an inert substance.

The test item had no oxidizing properties in the sense of the European Commission Regulation (EC) No. 440/2008, Method A.17.
