In this guideline ( EC Regulation No.440/2008 - Annex A.10) study conducted with GLP certification, the test material (EC 254-935-6) was determined not to meet the criteria for classification as a flammable solid under the EU Classificaiton, Labelling and Packaging (CLP) regulation (1272/2008). The test material ignited briefly, but rapidly extinguished and failed to propagate.

Preliminary test: Phenomena and results from two independent preliminary screening tests, were identical as following:
- the sample was ignited within 2 min；
- after removal of ignition, the sample didn’t propagate combustion either by burning with flame or smouldering along 200 mm of the train within the 4 min.

It can be ascertained that the sample is not a highly flammable solid based on the results of

Based upon the key studies, the substance was determined not to meet the criteria for classification as a flammable solid under the EU Classification, Labelling, and Packaging (CLP) regulation (1272/2008).
