Conclusion on classification

Classification, Labelling, and Packaging Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008

The available experimental test data are reliable and suitable for classification purposes under Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008. The test substance was found to be not biodegradable under the test conditions. The short-term toxicity test to fish was the only data available for the aquatic compartment. This study revealed a 96h-LC50 in the range of 100 - 215 mg/L. The test substance was completely solubilized in the test solution. There was no evidence of undissolved material, therefore it can be considered that the EC50 value was determined above of the water solubility of the test substance. Based on these results, the substance is not classified.

Based on these results, the substance is not classified according to Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008 (CLP) as amended for the seventh time in Comission Regulation (EU) 2015/1221.
