Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.

The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

Additional information

The toxicity to aquatic algae and cyanobacteria was investigated in a study according to OECD 201 under consideration of GLP. Pseudokirchneriella subcapitata was exposed to the test substance for 72h to a saturated solutions of nominal 10 mg/L and further dilution levels (0.316, 1.00, 3.16, 10.0, 31.6, and 100% of a saturated solution). The concentrations of the test item were analytically verified via LC-MS/MS in the fresh media at the start of the exposure and in old media at the end of the exposure in all concentration levels and the control with algae. The effect values are based on the geometric mean measured test item concentrations in test vessels with algae. The ErC10 was determined at 58.8µg/L, the ErC20 and ErC50 values were > 82.2µg/L.
