Flammability:
not classified

Additional information

The flammability (solids) of the test substance was tested in a study according to N.1 test method for readily combustible solids. The test substance could not be ignited with a flame in the preliminary test. The test item melted and decomposed during contact with the flame. Thus, the main test had not to be performed and the substance is not considered to be highly flammable.

Futhermore, the test substance has no pyrophoric properties, does not liebrate flammable gases in contact with water and is not a self-heating substance.

Justification for classification or non-classification

Classification, Labelling, and Packaging Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008

The available experimental test for flammable solids is reliable and suitable for classification purposes under Regulation (EC) No 1272/20008.

Based on described properties of the substance and taking into account the provisions laid down in Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008, as amended for the tenth time in Regulation (EU) No 2017/776, the substance is not considered to be classified as flammable solids, pyrophoric, flammable in contact with water or as self-heating.
