Handling and storage

Avoid exceeding of the given occupational exposure limits.

Open drum carefully as content may be under pressure.

Container may be opened only under exhaust ventilation hood.

Dispose of rinse water in accordance with local and national regulations.

Take precautionary measures against static discharges. Smoking, eating and drinking should be prohibited in the application area.

Keep away from sources of ignition - No smoking. Take measures to prevent the build up of electrostatic charge.

Use explosion-proof equipment. Avoid formation of aerosol.

Conditions for safe storage: Protect against light. No smoking.

Store in cool place. Keep in a well-ventilated place. Keep container tightly closed and dry.

Containers which are opened must be carefully resealed and kept upright to prevent leakage.

Exposure controls / personal protection

Respiratory protection : Use respirator when performing operations involving potential exposure to vapour of the product.

Hand protection : Glove material: Viton (R) Gloves should be discarded and replaced if there is any indication of degradation or chemical breakthrough. Consider the hazard characteristics of this product and any special workplace conditions when selecting the appropriate

Eye protection : Safety glasses with side-shields

Skin and body protection : Choose body protection according to the amount and concentration of the dangerous substance at the work place.

Hygiene measures : Handle in accordance with good industrial hygiene and safety practice. Wash hands before breaks and at the end of workday.
