Biodegradation in water: screening tests

Description of key information

A study according to EU Method C.4-B and OECD Guideline 301 E (Ready biodegradability: Modified OECD Screening Test) was carried out. The test item was degraded 99 % within 7 days and 95 % within 28 days. The reference compound Aniline was degraded by 96 % within 14 days. Thus, the test item was considered ready biodegradable.
