Any other information on results incl. tables
The vapour pressure was measured in the temperature range from 14 °C to 39 °C. The measured vapour pressure values together with the measured temperatures are listed in this table:
No. | Temperature / °C | Vapour pressure / Pa |
1 | 14.4 | 7.04x10-3 |
2 | 19.5 | 7.55x10-3 |
3 | 24.5 | 6.65x10-3 |
4 | 29.5 | 5.60x10-3 |
5 | 34.4 | 4.03x10-3 |
6 | 39.4 | 2.89x10-3 |
Due to the fact that the test item showed no proper linear correlation of the vapour pressure against the inverse temperature 1/T, the Antoine constants cannot be evaluated in the measured temperature range. Therefore, the vapour pressure will be estimated according to the measured vapour pressures.
The test item Triethylene glycol dimethanesulfonate showed no evaluable vapour pressure curve in the temperature range of 14 °C to 39 °C. Due to this result, the vapour pressures for the temperatures 20, 25 and 50 °C are estimated on the basis of the maximum measured vapour pressure, according to Regulation (EC) No. 440/2008 Method A.4. and OECD Test Guideline 104 (2006) as shown above.
Applicant's summary and conclusion
- Conclusions:
- The test item Triethylene glycol dimethanesulfonate (CAS no. 80322-82-3) showed no
evaluable vapour pressure curve in the temperature range of 14 °C to 39 °C. Due to this result,
the vapour pressures for the temperatures 20, 25 and 50 °C are estimated on the basis of the
