Applicant's summary and conclusion
- Conclusions:
- The flash point of the test item has been determined to be 96 ± 2 °C.
The test item is not classified as a flammable liquid. - Executive summary:
The flash point has been determined to be 96 ± 2°C, using a closed cup equilibrium method designed to be compatible with Section 2.6 of Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008 of 16 December 2008 on Classification Labelling and Packaging of Substances and Mixtures, Section 32 of the United Nations Recommendations on the Transport of Dangerous Goods Manual of Tests and Criteria, 5th revised edition 2009 and 830.6315 of US EPA Office of Chemical Safety and Pollution Prevention formerly the Office of Prevention, Pesticides and Toxic Substances (OPPTS), Series 830: Product Properties Test Guidelines. The test item is not classified as a flammable liquid.
