Týka sa vás táto lehota?
Ak vyrábate chemické látky alebo ich dovážate z krajín mimo EÚ v objeme vyššom ako jedna tona ročne, môžete mať povinnosť registrácie podľa nariadenia REACH. Ak okrem toho vyrábate alebo dovážate produkt (zmes, výrobok), tento môže obsahovať látky, ktoré je potrebné zaregistrovať jednotlivo.
Ak máte predregistrované látky, ktoré vyrábate alebo dovážate z krajín mimo EÚ v objeme nad jednu tonu ročne, nie však viac ako 100 ton ročne, a ešte ste ich nezaregistrovali, týka sa vás lehota na registráciu do 31. mája 2018 podľa nariadenia REACH.
