Administrative data
First-aid measures
After inhalation: Supply fresh air. Take affected persons into fresh air and keep quiet. In case of unconsciousness place patient stably in side position for transportation. Seek medical treatment.
After skin contact: Wash with plenty of water. Seek medical treatment.
After eye contact: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present and easy to
do. Continue rinsing. Protect unharmed eye. Call a doctor immediately.
After swallowing: If swallowed, rinse mouth with water (only if the person is conscious). Do not induce vomiting.
Drink plenty of water and provide fresh air. Call a doctor immediately.
Most important symptoms and effects, both acute and delayed: Suspected of causing genetic defects. May cause damage to organs through prolonged or repeated exposure. Causes serious eye irritation. Harmful if swallowed. Harmful if inhaled.
Information for doctor: Treat symptomatically.
Fire-fighting measures
For safety reasons unsuitable extinguishing agents: Water with full jet
Special hazards caused by the substance, its products of combustion or resulting gases: During heating or in case of fire poisonous gases are produced.
Protective equipment: Wear fully protective suit. Wear self-contained respiratory protective device.
Additional information: Dispose of fire debris and contaminated fire fighting water in accordance with official regulations.
Accidental release measures
Use respiratory protective device against the effects of fumes/dust/aerosol. Avoid contact with the eyes and skin. Ensure adequate ventilation.
Envrironmental precautions: Prevent from spreading (e.g. by damming-in or oil barriers). Avoid release to the environment. Do not allow to penetrate the ground / soil. Do not allow to enter sewers/ surface or ground water.
Measures for cleaning/collecting: Pick up mechanically. Avoid formation of dust. Send the recovery or disposal in suitable receptacles. Dispose of the material collected according to regulations. Ensure adequate ventilation.
Handling and storage
Requirements to be met by storerooms and receptacles: Provide alkali-resistant floor. Prevent any seepage into the ground. Store only in the original receptacle. Store receptacle in a well ventilated area.
Information about storage in one common storage facility: Do not store together with acids. Store away from oxidizing agents.
Further information about storage conditions: Keep container tightly sealed. Store under lock and key and with access restricted to technical experts or their assistants only. Protect from heat and direct sunlight. Store in a cool place.

Exposure controls / personal protection
General protective and hygienic measures: Do not inhale dust / smoke / mist. Avoid contact with the eyes and skin. Pregnant women should strictly avoid inhalation or skin contact. Do not eat, drink, smoke or sniff while working. Wash hands before breaks and at the end of work. As a general
protective measure, the use skin protection cream for skin protection is recommended.
Respiratory protection: Recommended filter device for short term use during special procedures - Filter P3.
Protection of hands: As a general protective measure, the use of protective gloves is recommended. Material of gloves: Butyl rubber, BR.
Eye protection: As a general preventive measure, the use of safety glasses is recommended
Body protection: Protective work clothing
Stability and reactivity
Dangerous decomposition products: No dangerous decomposition products known.
Disposal considerations
Waste disposal key: 51541 (ÖNORM S 2100)
European waste catalogue: 06 03 13*
Non contaminated packagings may be recycled. Packagings that may not be cleansed are to be disposed of in the same manner as the product. Disposal must be made according to official regulations.
