Water fleas (Daphnia magna; 5/replicate, 4 replicates/concentration) were exposed to glycolic acid at nominal concentrations of 0, 25, 50, 100, 200, 400 or 800 mg/L for 48 hours under static conditions. There were no sublethal effects observed in the surviving daphnids.
