Toxicity to terrestrial arthropods
Administrative data
- Endpoint:
- toxicity to terrestrial arthropods: long-term
- Type of information:
- experimental study
- Adequacy of study:
- other information
- Reliability:
- 4 (not assignable)
- Rationale for reliability incl. deficiencies:
- other: No data on the methodology used. The common habitat of the species (grain-feeding pest, often found feeding on flour, cereals and dry grain products in food storage areas) is not representative of the terrestrial compartment.

Applicant's summary and conclusion
- Validity criteria fulfilled:
- not specified
- Conclusions:
- In the test conditions, the test substance showed effect on development of spider species tested when exposed via the food. However considering the common habitat of the species (is a common grain-feeding pest, often found feeding on flour, cereals and dry grain products in food storage areas) these results cannot be used to establish a classification on its own, it can only support other data in the terrestrial compartment.
