Ecotoxicological information

Short-term toxicity to aquatic invertebrates

Administrative data

Endpoint:
short-term toxicity to aquatic invertebrates
Type of information:
experimental study

key study
Reliability:
2 (reliable with restrictions)
Rationale for reliability incl. deficiencies:
other: Non GLP guideline study without analytical monitoring; test duration of 24h instead of 48h; due to low water solubility an emulsifier has been used

Results and discussion

Effect concentrations
Duration:
24 h
Dose descriptor:
EC50
Effect conc.:

Nominal / measured:
nominal
Conc. based on:
test mat.
Basis for effect:
mobility

Any other information on results incl. tables

At a test concentration of 32 mg/L a single daphnid was immobile after 24 hours. However, since there were no immobile individuals in the higher test concentrations of 50 and 100 mg/L, the effect is not considered as test substance related.
