Description of key information

According to Regulation (EC) No.1907/2006, Annex XI, Section 2, the testing regime may be adapted because testing is technically not feasible as a consequence of the properties of the substance. Flammability testing is applicable to solid or gaseous substances, as noted in Regulation (EC) No. 440/2008. As this substance is a liquid which has a flash point of > 110 degrees C, or a solid which melts below 60 °C, does not meet the criteria for flammability. The technical limitations of the method are respected and the test is waived.
