The low recovery (C. 80%) might be based on partial hydrolysis of the test substance. Chromatograms of the water phase show an additional peak. It is not possible to determine the log Pow -value of the test item in non-ionized form. Due to this, the determination of log Pow was performed using neutral demineralized water.
