Koch 1986: The toxicity to plants (root
growth reduction) was determined after 96 hours of exposure of barleyn
wheat and radish to Melamine. The EC50 was ca. 530 mg/L groundwater and
Jansen 1982: The toxicity of melamine (in
Melafslik) was tested in peas and beans. The toxicity limit was at ca.
170 mg/kg soil.
