Whole-body exposure to o-dichlorobenzene vapours for 4 hours. Tubular toxicity and centrilobular liver demage were evaluated histochemically from the enumeration of damaged proximal tubules in cryostat kidney sections stained for alkaline phosphatase and the measurement of centrilobular glucose-6-phosphatase.
