Accidental release measures
Emergency measures in case of spillage: Verschütteten Stoff unter Vermeidung von Staubentwicklung
aufnehmen (z.B. mit baumustergeprüftem
Industriestaubsauger). Abfallbehälter gemäß TRGS 201
kennzeichnen. Die Entsorgung sollte unter Beachtung der
örtlichen behördlichen Vorschriften erfolgen. Beim Aufnehmen
des Stoffes Haut- und Augenkontakt ausschließen sowie
Einatmen von Staub vermeiden. Zu diesem Zweck die unter
"Handhabung" beschriebene persönliche Schutzausrüstung
tragen. Material darf nicht in Kanalisationen, Abläufe oder
Schächte gelangen.

Handling and storage
Handling: Alle Arbeitsverfahren sind grundsätzlich so zu gestalten,
dass der Haut- und Augenkontakt mit dem Stoff ausgeschlossen
ist. Das Einatmen des Stoffes ist zu vermeiden.
Bei Abfüll-, Umfüll- und Dosierarbeiten sowie bei
Probenahmen sollten geschlossene bzw. zumindest staubdichte
Vorrichtungen verwendet werden. Beim Umgang in offenen
Systemen ist möglicher Staub unmittelbar am Entstehungsort
abzusaugen. Für den Fall, dass technische Absaug- oder
Lüftungsmaßnahmen nicht möglich oder unzureichend sind,
sollte Atemschutz (z.B. dichtschließende Staubmaske)
getragen werden. Auch wenn nur ein kurzzeitiger Hautkontakt
möglich ist, sind geprüfte Schutzhandschuhe (z.B.
Kunststoff- oder Gummihandschuhe) und geeignete
Schutzkleidung zu tragen. Ein sicherer Augenschutz (z.B.
dichtschließende Schutzbrille) ist unbedingt erforderlich.
In unmittelbarer Nähe des Arbeitsbereiches sollten
ausreichende Waschgelegenheiten zur Verfügung stehen sowie
Augenbrausen bereitgestellt und ihr Standort auffällig
gekennzeichnet werden. Nach Hautkontakt sollten die
betroffenen Körperstellen sofort gründlich mit Wasser und
Seife gereinigt werden. Kontaminierte Kleidung ist sofort zu
wechseln. Besondere Hautschutz- und Hautpflegemaßnahmen
werden empfohlen. Es ist ein Hautschutzplan aufzustellen.
Bei möglicher Staubentwicklung sollten wegen der
potentiellen Staubexplosionsgefahr potentielle Zündquellen
aus dem Arbeitsbereich entfernt werden. Des weiteren sollten
Maßnahmen gegen elektrostatische Aufladungen getroffen
werden.

Working procedures must always be designed so that contact
with the eyes and skin is excluded.
Where possible, use closed or at least dustproof equipment
during filling, metered feeding, and sampling.
In the case of handling the substance in open systems,
extract any dust which forms directly at the point of
origin.
Respirators should be worn in cases where technical
extraction or ventilation measures are either not possible
or not adequate.
Tested protective gloves and, if necessary, suitable
protective clothing should be worn to avoid contact with the
skin.
The wearing of a safe eye protector is recommended to avoid
contact with the eyes.
Adequate washing facilities and conspicuously marked
eye-douche stations should be provided in the immediate
vicinity of the working area.
After contact with the skin, the affected parts of the body
should be thoroughly cleaned using (:::).
Change contaminated clothing immediately.
Special skin-protection and skin-care measures are
recommended.
A skin-protection plan should be drawn up.
Due to the potential dust-explosion risk, in cases where
dust may form, potential ignition sources should be removed
from the working area.
In addition, measures should be taken against static
discharges.
