Applicant's summary and conclusion
- Conclusions:
- Interpretation of results (migrated information): slightly soluble (0.1-100 mg/L)
In this pilot study, the water solubility of the test substance was determined to be <0.85mg/l - Executive summary:
In a GLP compliant, guideline water solubility test the test substance formed a turbid white solution with double distilled water in the preliminary test. Using centrifugation and filtration, no phase separation could be achieved and therefore no clear water samples could be obtained. The analytical method was also lacking sufficient sensitivity and could therefore not be used for proper quantification. Instead of the main study, a pilot study was performed using visual observations. In this pilot study, the water solubility of the test substance was determined to be <0.85mg/l.
