Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.

The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

Additional information

During preliminary chemical analysis degradation of the test substance was observed. However, despite numerous efforts in applying analytical methods it was not possible to detect the hydrolysed organic fraction of the test substance in aqueous media. An analytical method was developed which showed a characteristic profile of the test substance which changed over the duration of the test. In a preliminary test daphnids were exposed to the test substance over 48 hours. In the definitive test a semi static method was chosen changing the test media after 24 hours in both cases the daphnids were exposed to the highest achievable concentration of the test substance in water. The results show that the test substance is not toxic to Daphnia magna at its maximum limit of water solubility.
