Description of key information

The partition coefficient was estimated using EPISuite, the result can be seen below:
1) EPI Suite (Log Pow = -6.44)

Key value for chemical safety assessment

Log Kow (Log Pow):
-6.44
at the temperature of:
20 °C

Additional information

The partition coefficient was estimated using various different QSAR techniques, an outline of the results can be seen below:

1) EPI Suite (Log Pow = -6.44)

2) ACD Tox suite (Log Pow = -4.07)

3) TOPKAT (Log Pow = -3.233)

In this case we have used -6.44 as the main result as this is the value with the most extreme negative number. All three computer softwares show the test material to have a negative partition coefficient which suggest that the test material is not likely to bioaccumulate in aquatic organisms.
