Based on the QSAR prediction done for N,N-dimethyl-p-toluidine for reproduction toxicity for two generation study in which 25 male and female rats were dosed with 5, 10 and 25 mg/kg/day of the test material for 10 weeks premating for 2 generations. It was estimated that the LOEL value is 72.97 mg/kg bw/day for rats.
