Description of key information

The atmospheric oxidation half life of N,N-dimethyl-p-toluidine was estimated using level III multimedia model it indicates that N,N-dimethyl -p-toluidine is not persistent in air medium as the half life period of N,N-dimethyl-p-toluidine in air is only 0.079 days. From this it is concluded that N,N-dimethyl-p-toluidine is rapidly phototransformed in air.
