Comments:
Test concentrations were prepared separately in water. An
initial loading rate of 200 mg/l was magnetically stirred
for 24 hours in the test bottle (in duplicate).
Subsequently, synthetic sewage feed and sludge were added
resulting in a final loading rate of 100 mg/l. Optimal
contact between the test substance and test medium was
ensured applying continuous aeration and stirring.


The test substance was not significantly toxic to activated
sludge bacteria (inhibition < 10%) at a concentration of 100
mg/l, the regulatory limit concentration.
