PREPARATION AND APPLICATION OF TEST SOLUTION (especially for difficult test substances)
- Method: Two stock solutions were prepared. For the stock solution preparation 44.64 g/l and 1.04 g/l respectively were dissolved in Tween 80. The tes concentrations were prepared separately by dissolving the stock solution.
