Additional information

Basing on a test performed according to OECD TG 201 with the similar substance ursodeoxycholic acid, the EC50values at 72 hours for methyl 3-α,7-α-diacetoxy-12-α-hydroxy-5-β-cholan-24-oate, calculated in terms of nominal active ingredient concentration, were> 97.90 mg/L for growth rate and > 97.90 mg/L for biomass loss. The NOEC values, instead, were 97.90 mg/L for growth rate and 30.64 mg/L for biomass loss, respectively.
