The Koc for the methyl 3-α,7-α-diacetoxy-12-α-hydroxy-5-β-cholan-24-oate, according to a read-across principle with ursodeoxycholic acid, is 48 and the logKoc value is 1.69.
Basing on these results, methyl 3-α,7-α-diacetoxy-12-α-hydroxy-5-β-cholan-24-oate is expected to have a high mobility in soil.
