Applicant's summary and conclusion

Validity criteria fulfilled:
yes
Interpretation of results:
under test conditions no biodegradation observed
Conclusions:
As degradation was much below 60 %, the test item FC-131 is considered as not ready biodegradable .
Executive summary:

The areobic degradation potential of the test item FC-131 was investigated using the Closed Bottle test according to the OECD guideline No 301 D and GLP. The used inoculum was sampled in a biologic sewage treatment plant. The test was performed for 28 days. The maximum degradation rate observed was 4.7 %. Hence, FC-131 is considered as not ready biodegradable. The study is considered valid and reliable.
