Applicant's summary and conclusion

Conclusions:
The toxicity of (3-chloro-2-hydroxypropyl)trimethylammonium chloride to algae was determined according to OECD guideline 201. EC50 and EC10 values based on algae growth rate were >10000 mg/L and 3200 mg/L. It is not clear from the test report if the results are presented as pure substance since according to the test report the degree of purity was 69.4%.
